THE PLAZA THEATRE PRESENT ADULTS ONLY ACTING CLASS

A career as an actor can be fun, rewarding, and lucrative, but it is also not for the faint of heart. It requires focus, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. In this practical, “on your feet” program, actors – regardless of experience – will find out how to embark on a career or jump start a stalled one. “For Adults Only!” acting class will meet at the Plaza Theatre in Manalapan. The first class willbe Monday, September 9th from 6:30 – 8:30. Class times are 6:30 – 8:30. Cost per class is $30. Class size is limited to 12 adults.Taught by Kenneth Kay, an award-winning director, actor, and teacher, actors will uncover the tools for success by learning a professional approach to auditions, scripted material, marketing yourself, and developing a business/employment plan. But mostly … actors will get on their feet and do the work required by the material they have chosen to bring to class.
